Here is the recipe: *Noodles* 2 servings of whatever noodles you want to use (about 6 oz) _(the noodles in the video are udon noodles)_ *Sauce* 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 small shallot or red onion 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp curry powder 1/2 tbsp chili powder 1/4 cup oil (olive oil, avocado oil, or vegetable oil are all great options) *Seasonings* 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 2 tbsp lime juice

Just tried this following the written recipe in the beginning. Came out bomb and I did a soft boiled egg while it was with the noodles. Will be adjusting to add more chili powder, less curry and less oil as well. I think i accidentally did a hair more than 1/4 cup lol. Definitely keeping this in the back pocket though. It’s not like something I’ve had before but damn I want it again lol. Dumping the hot oil on the cilantro and spices is kinda dope lol

I tried it at home, it was the most delicious thing ive ever eaten. Additionally, i prepared a chicken breast. Sliced it, i used other half of the shallot, carrot and green onion. @jn89226 ай бұрын
You can just leave it out. You don't actually need the flavor of cilantro. Spring onions are a completely different flavor but will work well in this recipe. Personally these noodles don't have much nutritional value for me so I would put some baby spinach in it or some other vege. We all have different tastes and preferences but it's an easily adaptable recipe.

Start by mixing three cloves of garlic, then half a shallot, and half a cup of cilantro Keep the garlic and the shallots to the side, but add the cilantro to a heat safe bowl with half a tablespoon of chili powder, one tablespoon of sugar, and one teaspoon of curry powder. If you haven't yet, at this point begin cooking your noodles so they're ready by the time we're done making the sauce. Once the noodles are done cooking, you can strain them and set them to the side until we're ready. Heat up a quarter cup of oil, then add the garlic and cilantro for a minute until they brown slightly and pour that over the spice mixture. Stir it well and add the noodles and add the juice from one lime, one tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and two tablespoons of oyster sauce. Now they're ready
