[Ingredients] (2-3serves)
-Salmon 500g
-Olive oil 1tbsp (15ml)
-Lemon wedge 2-3 pieces
(Spice mix)
-Salt 5g (1% of salmon)
-Brown sugar 2.5g (0.5% of salmon)
-Your favourite spice mix 2.5g (0.5% of salmon)
-Black pepper 7-8times (0.2g)

You can make lots of spice mix for future. Just use 10.2g for 500g of salmon (about 2% of salmon
