question how do you make the verts appear to make the infinity? I'm not sure if it's my new blender allowing me to do it. When i hit tab for the circle all i get are the individual dots to move them around :(

when I do the curve everything messes up. I make sure everything is leveled and I make the figure 8 then when I try to add more chains it duplicates the curve or it won’t let me select the links & continue that step. what’s happening…literally followed every step.
