EASY APPLE MONKEY BREAD

1/4 cup White granulated sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp grated or ground nutmeg (freshly grated is ideal 😁)
2 cans Pillsbury Flaky Rolls*
2 Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and diced
1/2 cup Melted Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
*You also may use Cinnamon roll Grands. When I do, I use a little less Cinnamon and a little less white sugar

I just found this recipe after seeing one of those rage bait tiktok recipes with blueberries that looked horrible, but it seemed like it had potential. I just finished making this, and it is really delicious! ❤

I have an abundance of sweet apple butter I just made. Although I absolutely love it as a vanilla ice cream topping I don't have as much room in my freezer to store so I've been playing with it. Today I saw your video and it gave me an idea... All I had was Was 2 things out billsbury Crescent rolls So I enrolled them put a nice thick splatter of apple butter rolled them back up cut them into pieces... a couple of dollops of Carmel in my Butt Pan and then sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top of it with another couple of little squirrels of caramel currently it's in the oven hope it turns out as good as yours looks. 😊

This is made using Pillsbury flaky rolls dough. I think you could use them for butter rolls, but most people use the Pillsbury biscuit dough

Not enyff cinnamon n sugar mixture. Too much bisquit showing. Not brown enuff. Coat lil more

Always cook food to suit YOUR taste and YOUR desires. I don't enjoy excess cinnamon. My family and I enjoyed every bit of it.
