This works in the microwave also! I did small squares of pepper jack cheese on parchment paper for 2 minutes. Great fast crispy treat! Way less expensive than store bought. Win, win!

I DO THIS ALL THE TIME ON MY TOASTIE MACHINE, they are easy, just wait until the edges brown a bit and get them out with a spatular or something flat and let them cool, they become crispy and just like the ones in this video

Can I use a plant-based cheese for these? I'm trying to cut down my dairy intake, especially cheese as I have a history of breast cancer in my family and my doctor says cheese is high in estrogen.
