❤ love this blanket. With the bobble stitch I did a treble crochet instead of a double crochet. It makes the bobbles pop out more. Definitely an easy blanket to follow along with. I love the edges, the chain at the end of each row helps. Thank you.

Oh dear! I actually did change it a few years ago. I just strummed a few chords on my guitar and went with it. Some of my very early videos didn't have any intro music (I'm always learning on my site). Thanks for the kind comment MaryAnne!

Hi Bonnie! How many cakes did the blanket need. Just so I can get the yardage down.

You can add multiples of 4 to the original starting chain to make this wider.

Bonnie, if we want to make the blanket bigger, what is the formula we need to calculate the starting number of chains, please? I love this blanket, but I might end up wanting to keep it for myself! :) Thanks in advance.

You can add multiples of 4 to the existing starting chain and should be fine.

Not sure the exact size you are intending to make, but you can add or subtract multiples of 4 from the starting chain to adjust the width.
