preheat oven : 350F / 177C
Ingredients
( For 3” cookie : make around 6-8 pieces / depending on how big of each piece )
🥐For Cookie Dough
-2 Egg whites
-1/4 cup Sugar
-1/4 teaspoon Salt
-1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
-1/3 cup All purpose flour ( or replace with gluten-free flour : for gluten free cookies )
-4 tablespoons Unsalted butter/ melted
-1/2 cup White sesame
-1/2 cup Black Sesame
( If you are not a fan of sesame seeds: feel free to replace with poppy seeds 😉)
