Hallelujah!!!!!!!! I have watched 38 videos, (seems like!), to get one that is simple, clear, straight forward and Easy! My first time canning anything, and I love blueberries! I will re watch your vid a number of more times, then dive into making my very first batch of canned Blueberry Jam! Thank you so much 🤗💜

Curious as to whether you'd consider putting an immersion blender into the mix prior to putting the jam into the jar?

Well I don't see why would couldn't do it. It may have more of a blueberry butter consistency, but I think it would still turn out good.

@@TheHomesteadingHousewife one last question… Any reason not to try this with frozen blueberries? I know fresh woukd be better.

@Howard Camardelle frozen blueberries will work perfectly. I've done it many times with all different fruits. I throw them in frozen and process the same. They are watery so it takes a tad longer to get to temp.

It has high enough acidity. It's an approved recipe from Ball Canning.
