Super sarap ng recipe! I added 2 tsp of Vanilla and 1 tsp espresso powder. Pero iba yung techniqur na ginawa ko. Since wala pa akong mixer, I whisked the sugar and eggs in a bowl first for 3 to 5 minutes. My purpose was to get a glossy and crackly surface of the brownies. Then minix ko dun yuung water and vanilla. Minelt ko lang yung choco and butter (separate bowl) sa microwave. Tapos hinalo ko sa sugar + egg mixture. Lastly, sift and whisk flour, cocoa and espresso powdet in a separate bowl bago ifold sa batter. Super nice!!!
