We visited Long Pool for the first time last Sunday! It is a beautiful place and a pretty nice campground too!! I make Black Bean Quesadillas frequently. I usually add 1/2 of a medium sweet potato. (prepare in advance in microwave. Cut potato in half, lay flat side down on microwave safe plate, cook 7 minutes. Scoop potato out of the peel and add whatever seasoning you desire. Add to Quesadilla as you prepare.) Thanks for the geography lesson about the rivers. This was our first exploring trip in the Ozarks and really enjoyed it. We also visited Haw Creek Falls which is nearby. Thanks for a great video and cooking lesson!!!!!
