Thank you for saying it out loud about this being a permanent restoration! I’ve been doing similar with milled Trilor as the substructure bonded to the printed restoration and sealed in with Stellar DC or a dual cure composite, polished to an ultra fine shine. They are doing as well or better as any acrylic to custom milled titanium bar for a fraction of the cost.

So true. We offer a bicycle and a Cadillac, nothing in between. I think you're on to something. AO4 works and we need to be offering it to more patients. I love the Trilor and printed option as much as this. Thanks for staying on top of this stuff and posting. -JB
