Ingredients for 4 meals:
Marinade 700g Chicken breast with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp yoghurt, 1 tsp tumeric, 1 tsp salt. Cook 320g Pure Basmati rice with 1,5l water and a cloves, cardamom and cinnamon. 40g ginger garlic paste (half to be used for marinade, 200g carrots chopped into fine sticks, 50g cashews, 100g tomato puree, 100g mild yoghurt (3,5%) at room temperature, 3 T Biryani Masala, 80g fried onions, salt, ghee, saffron in 40ml warm milk, fresh mint, Kewra or Rose Water
