Thank you so much for posting this recipe. My Mum unfortunately passed away before she was able to pass on her 'everyday' chicken curry recipe to me and this is the closest in technique and ingredients that I've come across. I made it tonight with a couple of modifications from memory and its flavours have invoked some lovely memories. My sincerest thanks 🙏

Very well explained! Having powdered spices in the fridge saves so much time and efforts. I love to add some dry kasuri methi leaves rubbed between the palms, towards the end, to add flavour as well as, to make it more healthy. I do so in almost every gravy dish as well as lightly sautéed veg dishes.
