I do make this on a regular basis and decided to try your recipe this time, and it was a real hit. Since I love my caramel puddings with nutmeg, I added a generous pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.

Ahhh...this brings back so many childhood memories of my mama making this for us every Saturday. How we used to eagerly wait for her to unmould the pudding onto a plate 😍🍽...the house filled with the aromas of the steamed pudding .....those were the days...thank you Wendy for sharing 😍👍
