Those tiny end pieces you recommended to throw away (or use for chicken stock) are also quite delicious and crunchy when baked, and I serve them right alongside the other wing pieces when I bake.

Thank you for this recipe. I tried it today and my twins and husband liked it a lot. Super easy, no sweat hehehe. The only thing I added was after the 20 mins, i turned and baked the other side for about 5mins. It was delicious.

I tried these and they are yummy! Make sure to space them out (I did it on two trays) and definitely broil them for the two extra minutes as suggested. I followed the recipe exactly. Great! Will be making it again. No fancy ingredients so this can be made on the fly when you come home with chicken wings.

I tried the recipe and it turned out perfect! So easy too I put the wings in buttermilk & pickle juice for 30 min before cooking and i added a bit of honey to the butter

I made these wings just like John said to. And let me tell you it’s the best way to make chicken wings. The baking powder will definitely make them so crispy in the oven. Honestly way better and cleaner then frying ❤❤❤❤❤🤤🤤

OMG I love the wing tips... get those extra crunchy and they are great... Keep them on and try it especially if you are someone who loves bone in streak and you like to gnaw on the bone , you'll most likely like the tips as well.

Awesome recipe! Looks amazing - I think the little touches of using baking soda to help the skin crisp and finishing with a 'glaze' of butter and the seasoned pan drippings will make for a superior wing! Thank you for sharing this with us! 😋
