Watching you make these rolls with music and your voice just relaxes me. I can smell your wonderful rolls and if I hadnt just made a loaf plus Bigger Bolder Cinnamon rolls, Id make yours. I will make them next week and distribute them to my elderly neighbors. There are 3 elderly couples who live in my neighborhood and I get a thrill baking for them since I can smell the bread and feel good about it but since I give them away, I dont eat them. I had to come back and comment. Like, WOAH! SO YUMMY. I've always had a problem with my bread based recipes tasting too yeast, but this is amazing. Fluffy, not only oily (I didn't over butter my tin) and looks just like her's except mine has a lighter coloured top. The bottom is so fluffy. Because I didn't want a crunchy top, I spray it with water before and right after it got out. (I used a toaster oven -it doesn't have the bake setting. Just used the temp she recommended) The is perfect for icing sugar because it's not sweet but if you're not using that, add more sugar (I will in the future) They looked spectacular. I'm definitely going to make this for my future in laws one IN THE future day so they think I'm a A1 chef.😅 Looks like something I would get a French bakery. And the recipe is so simple. No eggs. No milk. No bread flour. (All of which I rarely have) Budget friendly. Thank you so much. Really.

I made these with Nutella because I don't like cinnamon and they were absolutely delicious! Btw, they're still good the next day, even without heating them in the microwave for a couple of seconds to make them softer again (might be even better though). Just one thing: I had to add about 100g more flour because the dough was the consistency of rice pudding and not even close to knead-able. Not sure if it's the flour I used (equivalent to US AP flour in my country) or if I accidently reset the scale (possible) but with the extra flour it was a good consistency: Still a bit sticky but also smooth and elastic-ish.
