This is an easy coffee cold foam recipe using the Nespresso Aeroccino! I was braking my head trying to figure out how to get the creamiest cold foam and I came to realize that the Aeroccino did the trick just right!. What you'll need:
3 Tablespoons of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tablespoon of milk
Your Choice of Flavored Syrup To Taste
I froth it twice! After the machine turns off i start it up again to get a real nice creamy froth, and that is it!

Oh my gosh thank you!! I have not tried the sweet cream cold foam from Starbucks because I watch my sugar intake. I didn't have heavy cream so I just used skim milk and sugar free coconut creme creamer and followed your instructions. IT WAS AMAZING! Thank you!!

Yessss! Thank you! I just got my frother today and only ran one cycle and was like “THATS as frothy as it gets?!” Tomorrow I’ll try doing the double cycle. It tastes great but I was a lot more hopeful than it delivered.

Did it work for you? I tried the 3 heavy whipping cream tb and 1 tb of milk. When I click to start second cycle, it turns on but doesn’t spin. Maybe I need to add more milk so that the foam doesn’t get in the way or clump on the spiral thingy

OMG I am making this tomorrow morning, I'm torn between the pumpkin and salted caramel foam cold brews they are both so good. I bought pumpkin syrup and heavy whipping cream and tried to make my own but i was doing it in the blender and would blend for too long and it would turn into whipped cream, delicious too, but not what I wanted b/c it would just sit on top of the coffee and wouldn't mix in, yours looked like it mixed right in.

I do something almost the same! 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream 2 tablespoons of my Silk almond milk creamer (all flavors are delicious) 1 tablespoon of which ever syrup I choose & mix with a double espresso scuro! another drink I do that my boyfriend loves: 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream 1 heaping teaspoon of pumpkin puree 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice 2 dashes of vanilla syrup ice all the way to the top of a venti starbucks cup and fill Stok coldbrew (unsweet) to the same line - my boyfriend loves the pumpkin cream cold brew and says that this satisfies his craving perfectly! hopefully you try and love like we do!

Btw from regular experience.. instead of using milk and cream to create the creamy consistency of the froth, use SKIMMED MILK (I know it sounds crazy but works better than low-fat and whole milk. Also just a question: is it ok to put sugared syrups in the aeroccino? I heard it damaged the machine, was it ok after several tries?

I used to go to Starbucks every single day and spend 5-7 dollars. Minus weekends. Now I rarely ever go to Starbucks and the times I’ve gone are only to use gift card that people gave me. I think it’s worth it. If I go to Starbucks it’s a nice treat but I don’t miss it

It will turn off by itself after a complete cycle. You can always turn it off if you like your milk less frothy though. ☺️

How did you get so much coffee using the double expresso chiaro when it’s only a 2.7 oz? Did you double it?

Nope, if you use a 12 oz cup full of ice it’ll look the same way for you. Ice always makes it look like a lot more than it is especially in a smaller cup. That’s why cup size is important

Yes when ice is no longer cold enough it will melt, in my case I always drink it way before most of the ice melts and so it’s never been an issue for me

I don’t know wether they advice against it but I do it and never had issues. Just clean the whisk and inside well after use so it doesn’t get build up or anything.

Quick tip from your friendly barista: don’t brew your espresso shots until you finished frothing your milk. Espresso usually lose their flavor 10 seconds after pouring 😊

You can make it healthier by using sugar free classic caramel and by just using 25 calorie almond milk for the cold foam. It worked really well and tastes excellent! 🙂
