Hello and welcome to my channel!
In this video I want to show you how I made a sweater for my dog from scrap fabric I had, this is a really fast and easy sewing project, If you don’t have a sewing machine you can always join along and sew the essential by hand, Oh what we wouldn’t do to our dear loved pet :-)

I'm an ok seamstress but not the best at making my own patterns. So thank you so much. I just rescued a Chiweinnie, & she's long & thin with a big chest & small neck. I've purchased 8 outfits online & none of them fit properly. I also subscribed to your channel. ❤️ from Texas.

So pleased I found your tutorial! I have a little Chorkie and he really feels the cold. It’s been so rainy that his sweaters have been getting wet when we walk and I really need some spares. This is perfect for the non-fraying fleecy fabric that I have and it’s a nice quick project too. I must get to work! Thank you! (Your little girl is a sweetie!)

oh my she is so sweet. my little guy could be her brother they look so much alike. I used a neck warmer with fuzzy inside to make a quick coat but just cut holes in the pre sew tube for arms.. had cut out extra under the belly for him so he didnt pee on it. it hasn't frayed but still would like to shape the neck part as it is pretty loose. maybe using old leggings or sleeves would have a narrower end for neck? Thanks for sharing your video. you have reinspired to try again now that we are going into fall. 😊🍃🍁

This is a lovely video! Thank you so much. My dog is an 'inbetween' size - too big for small sizes, too small for big. The only thing I don't understand, (and maybe I missed something) is the underneath flap. If Lizi is 32cm around her tummy exactly, how is there room for the velcro to go over itself? Sorry I know you did this a long time ago!!

I think I gave a bit when measuring her, since I want her to be able to breath 😂 also, it helps when the fabric is a bit streachey. Go for it, and let me know how it turns out 🥰🐾
