An absolutely amazing form of bread. This EASY english muffin bread recipe enables you to put a new twist on some of your favorite breakfast ideas.

5 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
4 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
2 cups milk, warm

My Grandma always said that too. A messy cook, is a good cook! I’ve made sourdough english muffins but not regular English muffin bread.

I’ve always wanted English Muffin Bread to be good, but have never liked a store bought loaf. I already know this will be delicious. It’ll be a nice treat for breakfast to rotate with my usual bagel with cream cheese and date honey. And what a great tasting! That one is a rough one for me. I have been known to run from cameras. Jason tells me I need to be on camera all the time. It even amazes me that you love to hear my voice.
