I do forearm stretches everyday and massage them also. I've been telling people for years this stops carpal tunnel syndrome.

@@zarcone1980 because your forearm muscles are the only ones that control that entire area and your hands which doesn't have muscles. Keep the forearm muscles massaged and stretched and there will be no carpal tunnel problems. I just did it before and after typing this. It will also help hand aches.

As an aside, this is very similar to the "karate" moves that Daniel does in one of the karate kid movies before he breaks a bunch of ice.
