In Greece we use vinegar instead of lemon and I don't mean to say that the use of lemon breaks any rules written in stone (ha ha ha) but it's sooooo delicious with vinegar . Love and congratulations for your amazing work!!!!!!!

Kisses from Greece!! Tzatziki is N1 sauce in Greece ,goes with almost everything. Gyros , chicken, stakes, souvlaki , vegetables , potatoes !!!

I Love Tzatziki sauce! And I love all of your recipes ❤️😋 When my mom and I make it we use a whole cucumber and shred it and squeeze the juice out several times. We don't use dill or lemon juice but some people do... Thanks Natasha!!!

Have made this for years from an old recipe shared from Greece! It's a great sauce. I prefer the cucumber shredded and in his recipe red wine vinegar was used and the dill was optional.

So good and so easy to make! Made homemade falafels and covered it with your Tzatziki Sauce instead of Tahini. That's the way to go! Makes for a great veggie dip too! Thanks and keep the recipes coming!

Just a small correction from a Greek. Use grapes vinegar instead of lemon for the authentic recipe.

This reminds me of a cold bulgarian soup, tarator. It's the same thing but Bulgarians put in water so the yogurt is more soupy like, there's red wine vinegar instead of lemon, a SHIT TON of garlic, also there's more than one cucumber/small bush of dill.
