It's meant to be easy to follow for exercise. Easy to catch onto because it repeats sections.

Oh give them a break it IS a workout not a dance routine or a ballet! try doing 40 push- ups Yeah THAT's also a workout and guess what YES it's repetitive that's the whole idea! so that dumbos don't forget the next step! Do anything like this do you? 🥱 . . Oh! worldwide handsome? ha ha you need to get out of your ass! I just checked your page and BTW this is not a K pop band dance routine altho' many of those would work as a fitness routine also.
