Authentic Dishes With My Personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Chicken -1/2 kg
Vinger or lemon juice -1tsp
Salt -1/2tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste -1tbsp
Ginger finely chopped -1tsp
Garlic finely chopped -3tbsp
Celery -1tsp
Capsicum chopped -1tsp
Sugar -1/4 to 1/2 tsp
Salt -
Chilli powder -1/2tsp
Chilli Paste or sauce -1tsp
Soya sauce - 2tsp (dark) or 2 tbsp (normal )
Tomato Ketchup -2tbsp
Vinegar -1/4tsp
Pepper Powder -1/4tsp
Water -2cups
Cornfour -11/2 to 2tsp
Spring onion -
Oil -3tbp
Method
Take 1/2 kg washed and cleaned chicken.
Marinate with lemon juice/ vinegar, salt and ginger garlic paste for 20 minutes.
In a kadai as some oil. When it is hot at some finely chopped ginger, garlic , onion and sugar. Saute well. Add capsicum, celery. Saute again.add salt. Add green chillies. Saute. Add chilly powder. Saute again. Add chilli paste. Saute.
Add the marinated chicken. Cook for few minutes. Add soya sauce and ketchup. Mix well. Add onion And capsicum cubed.
Saute. Add hot water. Add vinegar if required. Adjust the spices according to your preference. Add pepper powder. Then add cornflour mix. Stir well. Allow to cook. Garnish with spring onions, celery and green chilly.
