DINNER WITH THE OPMS: EASY JOLLOF RECIPE FOR BEGINNERS
You asked and I listened, here is a detailed talk through of my no fail Jollof recipe, no meat required just your favorite vegetables, dried herbs and seasonings
I used;
8 cups Jasmine rice (washed)
7 cups water
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 (6oz) can tomato paste
1 large red bell peppers
3 medium carrots (cut into blendable pieces)
1 medium onion
3 habanero peppers
4-5 dried bay leaves
1 Tbsp coriander seeds
1 Tbsp anise seeds
3 star anise
1.5 Tbsp curry powder
3 tsp dried rosemary
2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
3 packets of goya sazon
2 tsp badia complete seasoning mix
dashes of salt & sugar tt
