In this video, you will learn how to prepare some super simple high protein lentil crackers that are vegan and gluten free.
You can dip these in any of your favorite dips, but for additional protein, dip them in some hummus.

Protein: 12 g
Carbs: 29 g
Fat: 7 g

Ingredients
1/2 cup lentil flour
1/3 cup water
1 tsp salt
(optional) 1 tsp smoked paprika & garlic powder
(optional) 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/356°F.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.
3. Spread the batter in a thin layer on top of a piece of parchment paper.
4. Score the crackers, so they are easier to break later. Use any pattern you want.
5. Place the paper on a baking tray and bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
6. Make sure to take them out before they turn brown.
