Ingredients:
Lumpiang Togue or Lumpiang Gulay
1 whole garlic (minced)
1 onion (chopped)
300g togue
1 medium carrot
10 pcs Baguio beans
1/2 or 250g cabbage
3 pcs tofu, cubed
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. fish sauce (patis)
1 Tbsp. sugar
Oil
Manong Suka
1 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup water
1 onion
3 green long pepper
2 red chili pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black ground pepper
3 tbsp. sugar
Tip:
1. Use a bigger pan so you won’t overcrowd the veggies (just like what I did lol)
2. Pwedeng half cook lang yung vegestable since idedeep fry pa naman natin sya.
3. Let the veggies cool down before you wrap them. You can also put it in the fridge and then wrap it the next day.
4. Use water or cornstarch with water pang sara sa lumpia.
5. When deep-frying, make sure to heat the oil first before putting our lumpia. It will only take seconds before it starts to get golden brown.
