My mother is gf along with having a peanut allergy and its hard for her to find things to eat. Idk if this will help but here are some brands that are gluten (and nut) free that can maybe help 😅 *made good* (snack bars/bites) , *enjoy life* (breakfast bars and also chocolate bars n chips), *cup4cup* (flour and also mixes for pancakes, pizza dough ,brownies etc.), *kinnikinnick* (cookies and snacks), *udi's* (soo many things, from muffins to bread to rolls that she can totally have for breakfast or use for sandwiches), *bionaturæ* (gf pasta that actually tastes good), *ians* (similar to udi's in that they have a wide variety including croutons and panko breadcrumbs) and *hodgson mill* (mixes such as cornbread and muffins), also *cherrybrook kitchen* (mixes as well) there are more but i can't think of them rn 😅 HOPE THIS CAN HELP OUT YOU AND YOUR TEEN 💕💕 And of course she can always make wraps for herself with corn tortillas and such

I am not a kid nore do i have kids but I am going back to school soon and the classes are from 8am to 5pm with no real breaks so I need lunches i don't need to warm up or do much with. These were so helpful!! Please do another 🙌💗 love your channel!!

Those are great ideas! I use boiled eggs, yogurt, rice cakes with peanut butter and raisins. Trail mix is big here at out house. I make all kinds. Great find with the boxes.

Love these!! I love how I can easily make these for myself as well! I’m breastfeeding so it’s nice to have meals ready to grab. And these can easily be made dairy free.
