I used the Nestle brand. But it doesn't really matter which brand you use. Use any well-known brand.

Yes, Geetanjali, instead of cooking it on the stovetop, it can be cooked in a microwave oevn. Heat the kalakand mix for just 1 minute at a time, and take care to see that the kalakand does not become too dry.
