I show how I removed the chrome trunk trim from the 2016 Mercedes-Benz W205 C300 and wrap it in gloss vinyl.

I wrapped my lights, spoiler, did a chrome delete on everything including the grill, also got the fins for the front air vents on my 2016 c300 amg package and it just looks incredible man. Just wanted to say Thank You for helping me me build and make my Mercedes lookin sharp as can be 👌🏼

Love this simple mod! Looks super clean bro! I have a Brilliant Blue paint on my C43 with night package so that piece is black, but it's beat-up and i wanna replace it. Wish i could get a wrap to match my paint in a similar way.

Such a little thing but what a nice difference my wife has a white C43 and I never new what to do to that piece the other trim on the car i did carbon fiber on but I was stuck on that piece definitely 👍 stealing this idea. Oh and I had her brakes power coated white after that video you made about the brakes she loves it. Keep up the good work!

Looks good, I have the 2013 c220 and the boot trim is black, and the spoiler lip is diamond white, but I'm getting the lip black as well because the boot trim is half the size as the lip so it actually looks well.

That’s why I test these things out against almost everyone’s recommendation of doing black. You never know until you do it. And hopefully it will help others decide.

daniel martinez knowing Flexx he is probably making sure it is 100% dialed in from parts, to install, and that the directions are perfect and easy to follow. If you rush something as complicated as that ambient lighting not only will the viewers be frustrated, but it could damage the car and no one wants that, or to have their car taken apart for long periods of time 🤙

and I rather release small mod videos like this...to keep you guys entertained while I'm still working on the ambient series in the background. Cause i know how you guys get when I don't release anything for weeks. That's what I do for you guys. I could easily be that youtuber who just releases content whenever they feel like it, don't interact and dont take feedback with any viewers. But that's not my style.

I did this yesterday on my 2021 C43 in gloss black on a Brilliant blue car. Removing it was easy, but removing the tape from the trunk was difficult but not impossible. What was impossible was removing the tape from the chrome strip. I ended up using a knife to scrape as much off as possible. After wrapping it and putting it back on it looks good. I do think there's a bit of space between the car and the strip after being replaced that wasn't quite there before. Does it look good, yes, but keep in mind, this isn't super easy.

White is definitely the best choice even if not a perfect match to the Mercedes paint. I want to wrap my c43 Coupe splitter like you have, how easy was it? Also when u trim the wrap do you trim to edge or wrap around the edge, will wrapping over the edge cause problems fitting the trim back on?

Gosh I wish I saw this video 1 month ago. I wrapped the exact same strip with black and I already have the black spoiler too... I have the = sign look.. love yours better..
