Round 1 - Skipping
Round 2- Shadow
Round 3 - Shadow
Round 4 - Heavy Bag Boxing techniques
Round 5 - Heavy Bag focus on Teeps/Push kick
Round 6 - Heavy Bag focus on Low Kicks
Round 7 - Shadow (Cool Down)
Finish with stretching
