1 tsp ghee

Mutton curry:
500 gm Mutton
4 Tbsp Mustard oil
2 Bay leaves
10 Black peppercorns
2 Green cardamom
1 Black Cardamom
1inch Cinnamon
4 Cloves
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Mutton Masala
Half cup Curd
Few Coriander , mint leaves
Orange food color
