Try these 5 overnight oats recipes that are family friendly and ready-to-go in the morning. The recipes are versatile, and you can customize them to match your taste buds and needs: you can add your favorite toppings to the oat base or on top the next morning.

These 5 flavors include nutritious and fun ingredients: basic berry, apple banana almond, Oreo pudding, strawberry cheesecake, and pumpkin spice. Place the oat mix overnight in a refrigerator safe container (and microwave safe if you want warm oats in the morning) and add the toppings in the morning when ready to eat.
Recipe 1: Basic Berry
Base:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup unflavored yogurt (plain or Greek)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional: leave out if you don’t like to add sweetener)
Toppings:
A spoon full of yogurt
Berries (I am using blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
Toasted almond slices
Recipe 2: Almond Apple Banana
Base:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
Half or full banana smashed
1 tablespoon applesauce
1 tablespoon almond butter
Toppings:
A spoon full of applesauce
Diced apples
Sliced banana
Drizzle almond butter
Recipe 3: Oreo pudding (I make this recipe only occasionally)
Base:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup unflavored yogurt (plain or Greek)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
1-2 Oreo cookies broken into pieces
Toppings:
A spoon full of yogurt
1 Oreo cookie broken into pieces
Recipe 4: Strawberry Cheesecake
Base:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup yogurt
Granola of choice added to the bottom of the container
Toppings:
A spoon full of yogurt, Mascarpone, or soft cream cheese
A spoon full of strawberry preserves or jam (optional)
A spoon full of granola
Diced strawberries
Recipe 5: Pumpkin Spice
Base:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
A dash of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Toppings:
A spoon full of yogurt
A spoon full of granola
Pumpkin seeds
Walnuts or pecans
Drizzle some maple syrup (optional)
