Ingredients :
Palak - 1 Bunch
Water For Boiling
Ice Water - 1 Bowl
Mixer Jar -
Boiled Palak
Roasted Onion - 1 Medium
Roasted Tomato - 1 Medium
Cashew Nuts - ⅛ Cup
Whole Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Cumin Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic - 1 tbsp
For Tadka -
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Roasted Paneer Cubes - ½ Cup
Salt - as per taste
Method :
Boil the spinach in water until it wilts. Then, transfer it to ice water to retain its green color.
In a mixer jar, add the boiled spinach, roasted onion, roasted tomato, cashew nuts, whole garam masala, cumin coriander powder, and ginger-garlic. Blend them into a smooth paste.
For the tadka, heat butter and oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then, add red chilli powder and the spinach paste. Cook for a few minutes.
Finally, add roasted paneer cubes, chopped Coriander and salt to taste. Serve hot with rice or roti.
