Ingredients
300g Chicken Fillets, cut into strips
marinated with:
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 to 2 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 to 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
Gravy:
Other ingredients:
3 bird's eye red chillies
4 cloves Garlic
8 shallots
2 stalks lemongrass, white parts
A handful curry leaves, rinsed
A handful dried shrimps, soaked (keep the water)
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Curry Powder
Sugar to taste
