60g Glutinous rice flour
15g roasted sesame seeds
100g water
50g sugar
20g softened butter
10g desiccated coconut
Water dough (cut into 10 pcs 19g each)
100g All purpose flour
15g butter or lard
20g sugar
40ml water
Oil dough (cut into 10 pcs 10g each)
60g all purpose flour
38g softened butter or lard
1 egg yolk for brushing the dough
5g sesame seeds for sprinkle
Preheat oven180°C for 20 minutes.
