Authentic Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Butter -150gm or 3/4 cup( melted )
Dark Chocolate - 180 to 200 gm
Salt - two pinch
Sugar -1 cup
Egg -3
Vanilla Essence -2 tsp
Cocoa Powder -2 tbsp
All Purpose Flour or Atta - 10 tbsp or 85 gm
Method
Keep the greased baking tray ready. Take a small saucepan and melt the 150 gm butter on medium heat. Pour this melted butter on the dark chocolate. stir this chocolate. Now the chocolate has melted. Keep this aside. Preheat the oven. Sieve maida/all purpose flour and cocoa to a bowl. Add a pinch of salt.if you are not using egg add milk. Take 3 eggs in a bowl and whisk it to fluffy. Add 1 cup of sugar to the egg and beat well. Add vanilla essence. Beat well. Now add the butter and chocolate mix. Add some crushed nuts and chocolate chips.now add the maida mix to this. And fold clock wise. Pour it to the baking tray. Bake it less than a cake. I baked it for 20 -25 mins. Cut the brownie into cubes. The brownie should be chewy. The baking time should be maintained.
