If you're already at a decent level of Polish and you're here to refresh, if you speed the video up to +1.75 you get real conversation speed so you don't have to listen to her long drawn out sleepy voice.

I think "je" here refers to a particular object(s) eg hands. I dry them with a towel.

It's very good for beginners but anybody in Poland don't speak like this... If you can do this start learning how to make, speak this words faster

But it is like learning a piece of music on the piano. We won't be able to play fast as beginners from the very beginning. It is important to pronounce each word correctly first and then speak slightly faster. If we do not pronounce words we'll, people won't be able to understand us.

Also if we are learning polish ... then we are not obviously polish ... you need to get the gest of the rhythm before speeding it up . I've watching loads of tv series where the women speak like this
