记得有一次回北京出差,做了9个小时飞机清早7点从机场出来直奔办公室,路口有个煎饼果子摊儿,激动的不行排队等,还差一个人就到我了结果摊主说只剩2个鸡蛋啦😂,我前面那个小伙子说我要2个鸡蛋的,我拍拍他说能不能求你别要2个鸡蛋给我匀一个,我从芬兰过来出差已经3年没有吃过煎饼果子了,最后那个小伙子说那鸡蛋都留给你吧,我吃个不要鸡蛋的,我推说一人一个吧,他说我基本天天吃,听你说的怪可怜的就都给你别客气啦!然后我就吃到了3年以来的第一个煎饼果子

煎饼果子 was my favorite breakfast when I was in China, it’s really cheap and delicious, usually I spent 4 yuan (0.6 US dollars) for my 煎饼果子(I guess in Cadence’s childhood it’s even cheaper like maybe 2yuan for a set) which is the classic one: the 煎饼,one egg,one big sheet of 薄脆 or two pairs of 油条,cilantros, green onions, the sauce. Yes it’s this cheap in my hometown 唐山 a city nearby 天津😊. After this set of 煎饼果子, I usually don’t need to have lunch because of the big portion. According to my experience, the 煎饼果子 has two mainstreams now, one is the tianjin style,another is the shandong style. For me,the difference between these two styles are the crisp level of 煎饼(tianjin usually more moist not that crisp)and the sauce flavor. I love both of them. I love this video so much! 我很多时候吃Christina crepe是可以选软皮或脆皮的(有的还叫日式crepe什么的),煎饼果子可以选软皮脆皮吗。另外也总感觉crepe和煎饼果子的皮的口感是不一样的,不知道在面粉使用上是不是有什么差异。而且脑海中浮现出的煎饼果子皮总是觉得是坑坑洼洼的而crepe就是光滑的,可能是因为打了蛋上去的缘故?

大概是面粉配方的差别,脆皮的会多一些杂粮之类的,做出来偏黄色,软皮的面粉多一些,做出来就是白面皮,不过一般一个摊位不会有两种面粉,看店主个人对煎饼果子的理解吧

I absolutely could! But bear with me here, for the sake of developing the ability to cook more unhinged and freely, try this instead. In any old cup, visualize how much batter you want just by eyeballing it. Now fill that visual up with equal parts egg and water. Having done that, you want to introduce as much flour as is necessary to get to the consistency shown in the video. A little off the mark on either side of thick or runny shouldn’t matter too much. And always keep in mind a little bit of water to thin it out is always an option you have. Here’s where the fun comes in. If you have the time, do everything I mentioned above on top of a scale if you have it, but ignore the screen until you are finished adding every individual ingredient. You’ll pretty soon realize, that you’ve arrived at something approximating pretty much any recipe you can find on the internet. People change, times change, but chemistry is pretty consistent. Happy cooking boss! Let us know how you make out

One big part missing in this jianbingguozi, is Yan huo qi 烟火气. Which translates to the "Down to earth" feeling. Why u can only flip it once? Because it saves time! They need to make 300 of this in 4 hours. U have 40s to finish the dish. The rushing, the hustling, the arguing, and the escaping cops part is all essential to this dish.

okay 东北人 here. 澡堂 is literally translated into bathing place, and it is a place for people to have a hot bath. But 东北人 like to get other customers to wash back for each other, and it includes a lot of unnecessary body touching, which we think are pretty normal. If you are gay u probably will like it. And on the other hand, good 澡堂 can have a bar or a salon inside, so I will say it is pretty like a striper club but instead of girls we have naked 40-year-old man who happens to insists wash ur cock.
