Those pork chops look delicious. When I was a family of 4 I knew every night, even weekends what I was making for dinner. As my kids got married and moved away and it was just the 2 of us I still pretty much made some of the same, but I didn’t have to cook as much, because we had leftovers. Now that it’s just about 2 years since my husband passed away from Cancer, I never know what I am making for dinner. It’s often eggs, a salad or fruit & yogurt.

I'm with you on the stove. I purchased one with the different size options on both of my front eyes. As a seasoned cook, I thought this would be wonderful. Wrong! I am leary to even use the biggest one because I have burned too many things. I've decided more selections equals more potential complications. If it hadn't been a big investment, I would have traded it. It's not like a toaster you don't like. The Dollar Tree has the taco trays/stands. I have some high-end ones, but I tend to grab the ones from the Dollar Tree. Your recipes look great, and I will try a couple of them myself. Thanks!

I have a 2-year-old kenmore elite range which is almost identical to hers but in white. I have only 2 complaints about the range 11 is the issue mama Mel brought up And the other issue which is much Worse than the first is that the mirror top is so hard to keep clean Especially if you are like me and little things like smudges and constantly having to repolish it gets on your nerves.

I love green chilies but certain foods trigger migraines for me also, one of those are dark chocolate. I can eat it but sparingly, unless I'm not feeling well. I also get cluster headaches and those are the worst. Be careful with msg in any premade food products.

I have a double oven and the top oven pooped out. They gave me a price of $750 to fix it. I don't want a new stove. Mine is gas and I love it. The salesman told me they are made to last 8 to 9 years now. How sad is that! I am going to get a second opinion on fixing my stove. I get where you are disappointed with the front burner. Perfect when I don't have a plan or don't want to make what I had planned. And, so easy to just make a small meal for two people, it's harder to do that with say ground beef tacos 🌮

Mine is a Ninja 8 in 1 digital air fryer, it does a lot of different things and you can flip it onto its side when it cools, hope you enjoy these meals and here's a link to the air fryer, I think they have a newer version now that's a little taller. amzn.to/3WyXyVa

If you made the Cowboy Casserole with Jiffy Cornbread would you use one box and would you bake for the same amount of time?

I would use one, I've made these types of casseroles before with Jiffy and when I use two boxes it is always too much when it rises and cooks.

Happy Mother's day, Mrs.Alma, Hope all is well. I had a wonderful weekend, They took the Mother's shopping and out to eat yesterday. My son and daughter n law hadn't been too long left.Oscar says to tell y'all hello and Happy Mother's day to you. We are sending continued prayers, hugs and,love. @lulamcrae2851 Happy Mother's Day, Lula. It's been a long week. My last 2 wisdom teeth popped through last week. I can't get into the dentist till my birthday, June 5. Our kitchen sink is leaking into our basement and we have to replace the kitchen faucet and fix the ceiling where it's leaked. Glad you had a wonderful time with your son and daughter-in-law. I will be looking for them! Are they plastic or metal and are they individual or do they hold like 3 each? Just wondering what I should be looking for 🤣 at my store stuff is everywhere without rhyme or season sometimes

They are plastic and hold three tacos. Not sure but I think they come two in a pkg.
