TODAY'S RECIPE IS Easy Rosbora Sweet Recipe | Suji Rasbora Sweet Recipe Anyone Can Make | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Cook until boil
Boil for 5 mins
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Keep aside
Ghee 1 tbsp
Suji/semolina 1/2 cup
Fry for 3-4 mins low flame
Milk 1 cup
Keep stirring
Water absorbed
Dough form
Cool for 2 min
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Knead well
Smooth dough
Medium hot oil
Fry until golden brown medium low flame
Soak into sugar syrup 1-2 hours
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Apu please add baking soda in written recipe. Yesterday I followed written recipe and made it without baking soda so rasbora was not soft enough from inside. It was tasty though. ❤️
