Awesome burgers Jon! I use “w” sauce as a binder too. Especially on steaks. Looks really delicious and juicy. Need to unhinge your lower jaw to eat that one! Nicely done! Cheers buddy!

It’s the Pit Boss Platinum Series Lockhart! It’s available exclusively at WalMart. It’s a beast and I love it!

So no flip of the burgers until you put the cheese on correct? 45 minutes no flip, flip add cheese then open sear plate.

Unless I missed it, I wish you would have zoomed in on the burger to see how rare/medium it was for 45 minutes....as a Guage.
