【Mini corn dogs made with pancake mix】
Pancake mix...150g
Sausages...6
Salt...a little
Milk...100ml
Egg...1
Oil for frying...as needed
Ketchup...as needed
Parsley...as you like
【Methods】
Cut the sausages in half.
Mix pancake mix, salt, milk, and egg in a bowl.
Insert toothpick into each sausage from step①, then coat them with the batter from step②.
Put ③ into the oil that has been preheated to 160℃, deep-fry the corn dogs for about 2-3 minutes while turning them around in the pot, then put them into a tray. Serve on a plate, then serve with some ketchup and parsley.
【Flavor twist】
Use string cheese instead of sausage to make cheese corn dogs!
Slice the cheese in half, then insert the toothpick.
The rest of the methods are the same as the sausage corn dog.
