I saw a tip where the lady rolled them into a ball flattened them a little with her hand then pinched the edges all the way around not flat together but just a slight angle to the outside. It bulged in the center and was only slightly less think on the outside and that makes them roll out in pretty good circles.

I was experimenting with dinner one day and accidently made a yeast-free bread. I used instant flavored mashed potatoes and enough eggs to completely replace the water (we have our own chickens, so plenty of eggs to experiment with). I mixed it all up and baked it with cheese on top (we love cheese). It turned into a heavy, but delicious bread.

Very easy and quick, hardly any kneading necessary. I used vegan butter, soy milk, and half whole wheat flour - came out great. Obviously it's more dense without yeast or yogurt, but great recipe if you happen to be without them!

This bread really rises. Not a bad thing for sure but I put this in my top (smaller) oven and the top crust is on the cutting board. Not going to cover and back in the the last 20 minutes .Heating up larger bottom oven in order to save it. Ugg, need it for my venison stew. Top crust may be just what I need for dipping in the stew.

"Butter milk" is not a thing AFAIK, but "Buttermilk" is either the runny liquid remaining after churning butter or, in the thicker store-bought product, made by acid-curdling whole milk. There are flatbread recipes on KZfaq that avoid dairy altogether, if that is your concern, such as suggested by Jenny Jones as "Homemade Tortillas"
