Materials required for this project:
Acrylic paint (I used Chromacryl regular and fluro colours)
Scraper tool, such as a gift cards or pieces of foamcore
Paper (I used regular 110g drawing cartridge)
Coloured pencils
Paint pens

Are they like plastic laminate sample pieces as the squeegee?

No - plastic card from my wallet. Old gift cards, bank cards etc etc
