I did the same thing with my heritage 1’s minus the coffee dunk and glue stains. Painted the swoosh black. Died the tongues. Cream laces. My most worn shoe the last year and a half.

love these customs so much! you put so many awesome details in, my favorite on this one is probably the aged midsole look after the marker because I felt like that made the biggest difference, especially the factory consistent DS look of it. I gotta get one of those midsole markers but they’re sold out and they’re so damn expensive like 20 bucks for a marker. Does anyone know a cheaper alternative to foxtrot uniform that actually works?

Looking to do this on the metallic navy's; did he acetone the whole shoe before dipping it in coffee? Were there shoe-trees in the shoe when it was placed in there? Is it necessary to boil the coffee and water or can you just put the coffee grounds in lukewarm water and dip the sneaker? -thanks

I can't for the life of me understand why you would put the glue stain on there...u had me until u did that. I think it personally looks ridiculous and can't imagine anyone wanting that to be there on their shoe. It's as if you wanted them to look like the factory messed them up. I understand u wanted them to have a 40yr age to them but the glue mark wasn't a good look at all. Other than that they came out fresh. Nice job Vic 🤙
