EASY Thai hot & sour chicken wing soup recipe is made with variety of herbs like lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. It is aromatic and full with flavors. Perfect soup when craving for some spicy food. Please enjoy! 😉
📝 INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings )
14.11oz (400g) Chicken wings ( we used Wingette/Flat - the middle section of the chicken wing pieces)
1,000ml Water
½ tsp. Salt
1 cube of Knorr chicken stock cube
2 ½ Tbsp. Soy sauce
3 Stalks of lemongrass (40g), cut diagonally
1.06oz ( 30g ) Galangal, cut into slices
1.41oz ( 40g ) shallots, peeled and cut in half
2.12oz ( 60g ) tomato, cut in half
3 kaffir lime leaves, remove the stems
0.53oz (15g) culantro, cut into 0.5 inch pieces
1 ½ Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
1 ½ tsp. ground chili ( adjust to preference )

ใบเลื่อยหั่น ½ นิ้ว 15 กรัม
น้ำมะนาว 1 ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ
พริกป่น 1 ½ ช้อนชา
