Can't wait to try these! And I'm feeling inspired: like doing the same with squid, i.e. Or using crushed corn flakes instead of bread crumbs (an idea I got from chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, on here.) The oil will pick up some shrimp aroma. Which is a good thing! I could think of making some french fries in this oil. Or onion rings. An excellent recipe for that is the "Crispy onion rings recipe" by Food Wishes on here. It's really great. Greetings from the far north of Germany!

Usually I find music distracts from the instructions for the recipe. But in this video the music very much complements your soothing voice. Excellent audio, lighting and videography. Well done and delicious too

Hi thanks for this. What function did you use on the rice cooker? White rice, brown rice, congee? How long was the rice cooking in the rice cooker? Thanks.

Different rice cooker might be slightly different with cooking time. Just make sure to use “glutinous rice” function. Hope that helps.

Hi @stell777, in this video we used plum sauce from Pantai brand. It is a widely known Thai brand so it maybe available in America. Any other brand will work too.
