The bars may be slightly different causing your holes to be misaligned since you used one bar to mark all holes. The antiseize will also cause the bolts to seize if too much is used. You guys do awesome work with your trucks! Love it.

Medium-strength thread locker, which is blue, is another option. High-strength thread locker, which is red, is only to be used on things that will NOT get removed. Anti-seise is for brakes, not the grille.

I wish you would talk about the cost of the up grades even though I understand why you don’t. Anyone who has owned a 389 is no longer shocked at the cost of anything that goes on a Peterbilt

Why in the Heck didn't you show what method you used to trim the holes out...nothing like KZfaqr's... everything not done or shown completely, on purpose or not, they can get you all screwed-up.
