Have you ever noticed that after working out or being very stressed, the face looks square'ish and big? Many neck muscles are attached to the skull and face and tend to over-contract and pull! Let's relax them for a beautiful and sharp V-line contour of the jaw.
I think my face really needed this massage after the hustle of December celebrations.

okay lemme say this again THIS EXERCISE WORKS REALLY WELL! been doing this for two months now and I've achieved that v-shape face I've been longing. if you need pics as proof just comment down imma give a link to my before and after result lol I do this everytime I wash my face so it became a habit and I swear it's super relaxing and the results are quite fast. my face was originally round and asymmetrical and this exercise really improved it!
