I knw I'm sounding stupid but I've very thin lips so before going out I eat something very spicy and it makes my lips fuller and red then I apply my fav lipstick🤣🤣

I have a very tiny lips so it’s so hard to put a lipstick on it, now after 3 days of this workout my lips looks accurate yah it’s not that much of size, but it’s looks beautiful and i like it i can put a lipstick very easy now thank you!!

My upper lip is thin and lower lip is a bit big so i tried and I did this with her while watching the video ..and wow it workd ... my upper lip looks a bit big and now both look same😆

Trust me at 1 56 i have had that as a habit when i was a teenage n my upper lip is bigger than my lower lip now.. its just a childish thing at that time.. but it works. This is permanent to me but i guess it will take time

This works! I noticed a slight increase in volume and color. Of course it’s not going to work like botox and fillers, but it sure makes a difference! Thank you.

I tried this and omg my lips definitely look fuller! I'm going to keep up with this and other techniques to try to make it more permanent!

Been doing this for about a week or so and it really works! I do it a few times everyday and moisturize my lips afterwards with chapstick or avocado oil. There has been a noticable difference in my lip size. Would recommend! :)

Y’all want to know why this works…just like any place on the body if you consistently massage fat to a certain place IT WILL MOVE so yes this works over time. You will have to continue doing it though. That’s why people get butt lifts with massaging methods. Works the same anywhere on your body.
